You know when you take a chance and buy something on sale that you normally wouldn't buy full price and you keep your fingers crossed that you didn't just waste $12? That is this skirt. And if you don't know what I'm talking about, that probably means you don't think about clothes as much as I do and that you are above average on the normalcy scale. Good for you.
