looks can be deceiving

Don't my pictures look warm and sunny? Well it's a lie. While it was sunny it was far from warm today. So tricky, that global warming. You know what else is tricky? Caffeine. Apparently my husband and I are a few coffees away from becoming junkies. We have been boozing it up coffee-style lately and haven't been able to get to sleep before 2 in the morning. Funny but my boss doesn't care the reason that I'm late to work everyday, just that I'm late.

I decided to tone it down a bit today. I've been Rainbow Brite for the past week so I thought that maybe your eyes (and my co-workers) needed a break. (My unicorn also needed a break, so I drove my car to work today.) I was running late this morning, because of said sleepiness, and I always turn to these pants when I'm running late. Mainly because they are comfortable like pajamas and they don't need ironing. I grabbed this jacket on my way out and thank goodness everything worked. Can you ever go wrong with black, white and red?

Sweet little Tieka over at Selective Potential tweeted about me today. I've followed her blog and her down-right enviable style for a while now and I absolutely adore her. She said I was one of her new favorites. Excuse me while I go and geek out for a bit.
